Festival Hours:  Friday, March 4, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Saturday, March 5, 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM; and Sunday, March 6, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

Wine, Food  and Jazz Entertainment Line-Ups Announced For the 7th Annual Poverty Bay Wine Festival

Ric Jacobson, wine expert and owner of Corky Cellars Wine Shoppe, is the Des Moines Rotarian in charge of lining up wines from over twenty Washington State wineries. Ric reports that the following Northwest wineries will be at the festival on March 4th, 5th & 6th  to serve the guests. If you taste a wine you would like to bring home, the wines will be for sale at the event. 100% of the proceeds of the sale of wine will go directly to charitable projects that the Rotary Club of Des Moines supports.

Des Moines Rotarians, Brian Snure and Mark Rusnak,  are in charge of the cuisine at the Poverty Bay Wine Festival and have lined up a wonderful selection of Pacific Northwest food and snacks for wine-fest guests:

Not to be outdone, Rotarian, Patrice Thorell, has put together a spectacular line-up of local Jazz entertainment for guests to enjoy.  Put on your dancing shoes on Friday night, as you enjoy the sultry sounds of Tor Dietrichson's Salsa/ Afro-Cuban Jazz Band  Mambo Cadillac.

On Saturday, guests can enjoy the following musical entertainment:

• Seattle Women's Jazz Orchestra - High intensity jazz

The final day of the wine festival, guests will have the pleasure of listening to the rich sounds from the following bands:
